Frank Armstrong has a B.A. DIP. ED. LLB. DIP. FIN & MB. DIP RG 146 SECURITIES.  He is admitted as a Solicitor in Queensland in 1992 and has previously been admitted to the Sydney Bar and the Canberra Bar.

He is a senior practitioner, having wide and varied experience in commercial legal matters, property, estate planning, Wills and Powers of Attorney, and administrating Estates. He has twice been appointed by the Supreme Court as an Administrator on disputed wills. He has held his own AFSL, Credit and Securities Licences from ASIC and has practised as the “Key Person” (Compliance Officer) under his own Licences and he continues to act as an independent for an AFSL & ACL  Licence owned by others. He has been a private mortgage Manager with over $140 million under management.  He has prepared countless mortgage documents and collected millions in outstanding debts.  He has experience at managing land subdivisions for Developers on the Gold Coast, Pittsworth and Toowoomba.
